Amber Lee Ettinger is an American actress and model best known as Obama Girl in her on-line video “I Got a Crush… on Obama” — referring to 2008 presidential candidate Barack Obama — which has earned her scores of media appearances, from a part in a “Saturday Night Live” (1975) sketch with Fred Armisen as “Obama” to an interview on “Geraldo at Large” (2003) with Geraldo Rivera. A native of Hazelton, Pennsylvania, Ettinger moved to New York City to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology to study fashion and clothing design, having expressed hopes to create her own clothing line and other business ventures. Early in her career, Ettingter was crowned Miss NYC in the 2003 Miss Hawaiian Tropic pageant, later augmenting that title with a nod as Miss Howard TV in June 2007. She has also appeared in a video for the Onion News Network, as well as the music video for the John Popper song “Lapdance”. Amber released a new video called Hillary! Stop the attacks! Love, Obama Girl on March 25th, 2008.

Adam Lambert, who won us over as season eight’s runner-up on American Idol on FOX, was recently slammed with a lawsuit, and now he is getting into trouble yet again. The star was recently thrown in the slammer after a bar brawl with his boyfriend. What happened? Read on for the scoop!

American Idol’s Adam Lambert was thrown in the slammer last night in Finland along with his boyfriend, Finnish Big Brother star Sauli Koskinen. What happened? Apparently the lovebirds got into a heated argument that started inside a bar in Finland, and then carried out in the street. When onlookers tried to break up the fight, Adam Lambert supposedly got physical with them, according to TMZ.com. Police were then called to the scene and took both Lambert and Koskinen into custody, but the pair were released this morning after spending the night and being questioned by police.

No one was injured in the incident, and the pair seem to be back on romantic terms now, as Sauli Koskinen posted on his blog after he was released: “Publicity is not easy, but also celebrities are just human. Love is not easy either, but it lasts forever!” Meanwhile, Adam Lambert took to his Twitter account earlier today, where he posted: “Jetlag+Vodka=blackout. Us÷blackout=irrational confusion. jail+guilt+press=lesson learned. Sauli+Adam+hangover burgers= laughing bout it.” Okay, so that explains it!
